Fill out the preliminary questionnaire.

Prepare photos for analysis

Get ready by taking a photo of your face for analysis,
another one wearing your typical clothes,
and a color test photo of the clothes you have at home.
Gather these photos in advance into a single file for analysis,
and you can conveniently upload them.

Upload photo

Please log in to the website and visit 'My Page.'
The analysis typically takes an average of 3 days
after you've completed the upload.

Get your Personal Color Analysis

After the consultation is completed, a PDF result
sheet in English will be sent to your registered email
address.

Double-check before preparing photos

Required photos must be prepared, including daily photos wearing daily clothes.
Uploading your daily photos will improve diagnosis accuracy.

living overseas

Overseas customers can pay via PayPal.
Korean residents can make reservations through
NAVER SMART Store, and the relevant
information will be shared with the booker and
their family after the reservation is confirmed.
When applying for a reservation, please consider
the Korean time zone.

Please be aware that responses may experience
delays outside of the available
consultation
hours for overseas residents, which are
weekdays 9:00AM - 10:00PM (Korean time).

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

Reservation changes allowed up to 3 days before
the appointment, but not within 1 day.

Refund Policy: After the completion of the online analysis, if you cancel the consultation
due to personal circumstances,
there will be no refund.

Instead, you will receive the result sheet.

Reservations can be transferred to others,
but please provide customer information

when transferring.

If you paid for the consulting fee in cash
(without a bankbook), please provide us with
the bank, account number, and account holder
details to process the refund, which will
be completed within 5 business days.

If you paid by credit card or real-time bank
transfer, we will cancel the payment

authorization within 1 day after the refund
request. The refund may take 3-5 days,

depending on your bank or card company.
