After personal color diagnosis, we will provide
business card-sized seasonal cards and tone cards
produced by MyColor Lab.
For cancellations or refund requests, please notify us at least
7 days in advance of your scheduled session.
This will enable us to process a full refund for your reservation.
In the event of a cancellation within 6 days before the session,
a 50% cancellation
fee will be applicable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations
made 1 day in advance or on the day of the session.
We understand that unforeseen
circumstances may arise, and
we are pleased to accommodate schedule changes without
any additional fees.
If you are unable to attend the session, you have the option
to transfer your reservation to another individual.
To facilitate this transfer, please provide us with the necessary
customer
information.
